Everything walkable in Horseshoe Bay and very close to the bus stop which was also useful. Bed was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the private outdoor space provided by the balcony. "Not a palace but comfortable. Rooms let the hotel down for us, bath leaked, ants on the walls, furniture dated. All very liveable if you’re not fussy but it did let down the hotel. Bed however were clean and comfy. Breakfast and restaurant was good. Pool and surrounds well maintained. Overall we would stay again but bedrooms really could do with some TLC. "

"I booked as a solo 61yo male traveller. First time in Townsville. The location was great to access the nearby Magnetic island ferry terminal. All rooms are gathered strong the pool and rooftop bar on level 3. Not bad Sunday to Thursday when the bar / music stops at 10pm , but not so much Fir/sat at midnight. I had a good time , but it’s a younger persons place to be in my opinion. And this layout is not described in any booking platforms"
