"I thought had booked a 1 bedroom apartment, with kitchen facilities. In particular a microwave to heat wheat pack-pain relief from recent shoulder replacement. I would say within minutes of staff realising I would like a microwave, I was rung and offered one. Was appreciated making the second night more bearable.
