"I thought had booked a 1 bedroom apartment, with kitchen facilities. In particular a microwave to heat wheat pack-pain relief from recent shoulder replacement. I would say within minutes of staff realising I would like a microwave, I was rung and offered one. Was appreciated making the second night more bearable. Feedback bonus comment on behalf of disabled community. While the rooftop pool is small-its a cool part of the history of the 'sugar shaker' Could not a lifting harness be in pool area, even if states a carer at al assists and floatation vest must be worn? Possibly the hotel has a lift for folks-just something to consider for more commerce and peoples quality of life. Will be back-TSV like many places still not recovered Covid loss of trade/interest. "Overall very good choice for a few days in Townsville. Clean motel style room and bathroom. Good wifi TV etc. Quiet apart from the odd Stone Curlew; but possibly a little noisy if there is a Cowboys game on the weekend. Woolworth’s a short walk away. 10 minutes to restaurants in South Townsville. Staff friendly and could not have been more helpful. "
