"Everything from the bell hop, Lou to the front desk check in was amazing. The hotel is beautiful. Clean, with the most amazing staff. The food at the Chairmans room on the 3rd floor was excellent as was their staff. The casino was so much fun. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the great staff!!!"

"All the staff was very nice and helpful. The premises were clean and kept up. The location is central and early walkable to many shops and restaurants. The area is inner city and noisy being across from a hospital ambulance enterance. The portal AC was nice given the near 80 degrees but loud and the connection to the window was just like having it open for the purposes of noise. If you are used to city noise it is not a problem. They also had a cafe down stairs but since there were so many options within a couple minutes walk we never tried it. "

"Fabulous room, but we had to wait past check in time to get in, when we were paying thousands of dollars for 2 day stay. The man who checked us in offered, and we accepted, 2 complementary drinks each at the bar while we were waiting, but we could not used them because the first thing I wanted to use after we checked in, was the gym. We said we would wait close to the desk within eyesight and asked him to call us when, the room was ready, and he agreed. We waited and waited and I watched him. Finally, I got up and went to the desk to ask if the room was ready and they said they had texted us that it was ready. DOES NO ONE TALK TO ANYONE ANYMORE? They had not said they would text us. They had said, and confirmed, that they would call us. We were right there."

"Parking is expensive, if you drive into Vancouver look for a hotel with free parking, otherwise this hotel is in calm nice area with scenic river views"
