"We arrived late and the evening staff were unbelievably helpful and a special shout out to Zara, a very pleasant lady on the front desk."

"What a stay! From the approach the hotel is spectacular, followed by the staff. Every member of staff we spoke to was incredibly polite and professional. I would like to call out the lady who served our drinks from the cocktail bar as well as the restaurant from the Tudor Pass, both were absolutely exceptional. One final mention of the chef at the Pass, just wow, not just the meal but the story for every plate and the link to the region and hotel. An utterly exceptional place, stay and staff and we will most certainly be repeat customers"
