"Very clean, tidy and well equipped apartment. Also very quite for such a large place given that they were fully booked. The parking is NOT FREE as is listed on many of the booking sites - £7.50 per 24hrs. Would have no issues at all staying here again"

"These are very nice apartments with a kitchenette, pleasant shower, and comfortable bed. We got an apartment with a sofa bed since we were with my daughter. Enough room for the three of us. The reception was nice and they offered to store our luggage. However, they did ask for a fairly hefty fee if we wanted to check-in early. They also booked us a cab to Heathrow. "Super staff! Our power went out in our first room and we were promptly moved to a similar yet smaller room. No issues. I get that they were trying to accommodate us quickly. Staff was quick to loan us a converter during our stay. I love the free washer/dryers as I like to save my room for shopping! Great beds and the room overall was clean, comfy and nice. Not one issue. "The apartment was quiet and convenient. I could prepare simple meals there and didn't have to eat out for every meal. Water coming out of bathtub faucet at a trickle, and there are no drawers anywhere for storing things. Biggest plus was use of gym nearby."
