"The toal experience was extremely good. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Vivid. The room was great, fantastic service from all staff and the pool area were great with a good variety of places. Food was excellent! The only thing we would like to point out is the ambience at the indoor restaurants. This was not cozy and way too noisy. Some sound reduction would be good to put up to bring the sound down. With the extremely hard walls, it was almost impossible to have a conversation inside. This made us choose the out-door restaurants (Pelican and also the ouside are in the Asian restaurant). However, this limited the over-all really great food. "

"This was my second time staying at the Wyndham Hotel in Playa del Carmen, and overall, I had a pleasant experience once again. The location is fantastic, and the staff remains welcoming and friendly. However, I did notice that the bathroom curtains looked quite old, with visible stains and a bit of mold. Additionally, the towels looked quite old and yellowish. Aside from these areas for improvement, my overall experience was enjoyable."

"It was a pretty good experience, Sandos is a very good hotel with an incredible Buffet, lots of nature and animais around the hotel, but not risking or bothering. Pros: Super Great customer Service Super Great buffet Cons Other restaurants hard to book in High Season Some gaps on times for restaurants, sometimes, only room service available Definately would go back to Sandos!"

"Resort immaculate and soo clean. Loved our room on first floor where we walked out to beach. Beach small but perfect for us. The beach bartender Sebastian was amazing. Resort beautiful and loved that we could walk to town"
