"Amazing staff, always. No conditioner in the bottle in the bathroom. Room was ok but this place this has lost its glitter, no doubt. The connected OneSpa is poor. For what we paid it was embarrassing. The outdoor roof-top pool was lukewarm, not hot. One of the shower experience rooms stank of urine. This place is needing investment to refresh it considerably! Alas, we wont be back. This was our 2nd but final visit. Priced and set up for tourists who dont know better! Time for a long hard think....."

"The staff were so friendly, warm and genuine. The location was absolutely perfect, couldn't believe the view of the castle from our room. Comfortable beds & lovely room. The only slight draw back was the noise from the pubs opposite at night, but the castle view more than made up for this."
