"Very receptive reception staff. I made a mistake on my reservation and they were quick to accommodate. Double check your reservation - I do not remember booking an accessible room but there seemed to be several of us in the hotel with the same mistake. Rooms were well maintained and very comfortable. Gym was spacious but very full each time we visited. Breakfast was ample. The staff were responsive initially to ask for drink orders but very slow to help after the initial encounter (lots of chatting but not many assessing the follow-up needs at tables). This was the rule during our multiple night stay (not an outlying experience), and at the price point, I was disappointed. Because of that, I would think twice about paying for breakfast. Many restaurants are available in the area. Other than breakfast staff, I had a 5 star stay. Looking forward to a return visit."
