Stayed with my husband and 1 year old baby. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Our suite was superb and we loved our plunge pool. Food was delicious but we felt it was slightly overpriced. The golf carts were an excellent idea to help us get to both the private and public beach. Would definitely recommend this hotel to families and couples alike.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in (and I've stayed at many hotels). Obviously this is a brand new hotel and you can tell. Everything is sparkling new. Everything has been so well thought out. We had an amazing stay at The Westin Punta Cana. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and exceptionally clean. The beach is stunning, with soft white sand and crystal-clear water( with sargassum, normal at this time of the year, but you can see beyond this) and there were always plenty of sun loungers available. Fantastic hotel, staff are wonderful. Went for my birthday, clean hotel, lovely big pool, eateries close by. Got around using Uber but plenty of taxis too. Bavaro beach 10 min taxi drive away. Airport 20mins away. The staff are truly amazing here. Are hotel lunch which was delicious. Housekeeping did a fantastic job. Nothing was too much. Relaxed on the cabanas. Coco bongo is walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel

First trip to the DR and I really enjoyed my stay at Bávaro Palace. The facilities are lovely, my room had a comfortable bed and a beautiful sea view. I would definitely stay Premium again. It included the restaurants, spa hydrotherapy and pool, plus the Pirates adult water park. The water park is small — more a pool with slides than a huge water park — but the water was perfectly warm, very clean and the slides were fun. The spa pool was also spotless. The whole experience was great. We had an issue at check in, but Elias & Ana helped to resolve the situation. All the staff were helpful, courteous and very polite. The rooms were lovely. I would however recommend on adding more sockets for charging devices and another bin as the only bin is by the toilet. The hotel grounds were stunning and well kept. Would definitely come again.

A lot of the amenities were old, there was a smell in the room which was sorted after I complained . It was loud and rowdy.

Just returned from the newest Palace resort - the Grand Punta Cana. It is still very much in soft opening phase and building work is still in progress. bear this in mind when booking. The potential for this resort once complete is endless, right now there are good and improvement points - but we will be back to stay once complete.
