no hot water, no clean bedsheets and itchy as well. Very noisy as its next to main street, windows are not sound proof atall. Staff is very good and helpful.

Pros: Clean nice rooms, good quality price relation, good location. Cons: Takes a long time for hot water to come out, sometimes doesnt come out at all. They photocopied my passport which I think is unnecessary and risky (identity theft). If you are foreign i suggest you to hand in some library card instead of actual ID.

Two things: There is a problem with hot water and the noise on the streets because they have bars and restaurants around. So, be ready for it when you there. Other than that, I’m happy with everything else. The staff is pretty nice, very helpful and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely recommend it.

Very poor check in experience. The noise in the hallways was LOUD, every sound will echo, and the doors are poor quality. After not being able to sleep because of the noise, I remembered I had some ear plugs in my luggage, these helped a lot. If you're going to stay here, bring earplugs. The TV remote could not change channels. There was no cup or glass, so could not have a glass of water. Oh, did I mention how LOUD it was? The wifi was good.

Like a prison

Terrible stay. Hidden restrictions that you may not drink alcohol in the room. Had to sign declaration to that effect to check in. They would rummage through the waste to check it and that would result in a fine of 100 dollars, alternatively report it to the authorities who will give even higher fines. On hotels.com it was only stated that it was a non-smoking hotel. Checked out already after a single day. Not at the reception could they make themselves understood in English, everything was done via google translate. Constant noise in the hotel with doors slamming and staff walking through the corridors with loud walkie talkies. Felt like you were in a prison...

Esta padre la propiedad había ido varias a Cancún pero jamás había tenido la oportunidad de hospedarme aquí y si lo recomiendo incluso este hotel está mucho mejor que muchos hoteles que son solo para llegar a dormir como el Soberanis, el Hotel Carrillo, el Hotel Batab, Hotel Jardín, etc. Mi familia y yo estuvimos encantados de hospedarnos en Pa'xama
