"I had the worst experience from the first night of my stay. My neighbour had loud music playing from the moment I checked in at 7pm until 5am. I didn’t sleep at all. I called the front desk around 10pm; they came and asked him to turn it off, but he only stopped for five minutes before turning it back on. About an hour later he turned it off again, but then had people over, kept the music on, and they were incredibly loud for the rest of the night. At 5am, as I was leaving for work, I spoke to the night manager. He apologised and I requested a new room. I was told the person would not be there, so I agreed to stay, but no compensation was offered for the lost sleep, even though I made it clear how disruptive the night had been. The bad experience continued. Because I had to leave at 5am for work, I missed the breakfast I was entitled to. The first day they offered me a free coffee, the second day I was charged, and on the third day I had to pay again. When I finally managed to come down later for breakfast, the night before my entire floor smelled strongly of marijuana. The smell leaked into my room, leaving my clothes smelling and making it very difficult to sleep. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a good night’s sleep or a pleasant stay for business trips. It seems more suited to leisure guests than those travelling for work."

"This hotel was perfect for what we wanted/needed. Somewhere the kids could enjoy and the swimming pool made that just right. The food for dinner and breakfast was so well thought out. Something for everyone and the taste was lovely. Our second time of staying and I would always recommend and go back. "

"Perfect location for visiting Windsor. We paid for a castle view and wow it was 100% worth it. Stunning views. Perfect people watching spot. Perfect for watching the changing of the guards. "

"Not really one for leaving reviews. Especially negatives ones but this was truly awful. We arrived pretty late on the Thursday night so the bar was closed, which is fair enough. Tried the vending machine to get some drinks for the evening and it didn’t work. Again, these things happen. Hard to know if the tap water is ok without drinking water labels on the taps. Normally it means don’t drink if it doesn’t say drinking water. Again small things that aren’t really issues. We had a family room. The sofa bed was shocking. So uncomfortable. Was literally like lying on springs. It was so bad we let the kids stay on the proper bed and we stayed on the sofa bed. Shocking night sleep. Got up, went for breakfast just after 7am. Ran out of plates and folks. Eventually the plates came out but 3 times I went back and still no folks. No mugs for hot drinks, only disposable cardboard cups…which they ran out of. Wouldn’t stay again if flying from Heathrow and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Luckily I had £60 credit in the Expedia account so the room only cost £21 for the night…still overpaid. "

"Rooms were lovely. Apart from the glass door separating it from bedroom. It only had privacy glass and could still see person sitting on the toilet. Apart from that everything was fine "

"As I was on a business trip I needed to be out by 8am. Surprisingly, they don't start breakfast service until 8am on weekdays so not an option. Room was fine, a single with enough space. "
