Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was clean and a good size, pillows weren’t that comfortable. After making complaints about our stay the duty manager we didn’t feel handled our situation without keep giving excuses. We used to always use this hotel when visiting the family in this area. We will never book this hotel again
