I didn't use the amenities but staff were great and helpful the room was clean really enjoyed my 2 night stay i did order room service food was lovely and plenty for one person

Large, beautiful room that felt very luxurious. Super comfortable bed and I slept great! Very convenient if you have a flight to catch from terminal 5! I highly recommend!

After making complaints about our stay the duty manager we didn’t feel handled our situation without keep giving excuses. We used to always use this hotel when visiting the family in this area. We will never book this hotel again
