"The family rooms were brilliant for us and the two kids. Staff were great with a special mention of Sam on front desk who was fantastic and incredibly welcoming and friendly. Nice hotel and would stay again!!"

"The bed was very firm and not comfortable. The tv in bedroom should also be a smart time with the same channels as the tv in the living space. Should have had more towels in the bathroom for our stay of a week. The dryer took forever to dry clothes or towels."

20 Sep 2019After making complaints about our stay the duty manager we didn’t feel handled our situation without keep giving excuses. We used to always use this hotel when visiting the family in this area. We will never book this hotel again
