"Lovely hotel and room. All very clean and comfortable. Great location for shops and the Elbow gig! Lots of nearby food places too. The upstairs bar and restaurant was very nice, especially siting out on the balcony for pre (and post) concert) drinkies! The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The bar staff were very hard working, they had to be as there were far too few considering how busy it was. The only gripe was the too loud music in the evening. Almost impossible to have a...

"The hotel was lovely clean and in a lovely location walking distance from airport but far enough away for it to be peaceful. We had a room on the 5th floor it was clean and a good size bed was not great but ok for 1 night my only fault for my stay was waking up at around 4am when i heard what i think was a washing machine above me i have a feeling the floor above 5th is for staff maybe and thats where they have their laundry done so would avoid the 5th floor if possible "

"We are visiting family who live down the lane. When we first arrived they had us in a room above the entrance. Since it was warm we kept the windows open but unfortunately could hear people as the exited the building. The owner allowed us to move to a quiet room. The owner,Dave, is wonderful. Allowed us an early check in. Dave is also the chef and did a stellar English breakfast!"

"Myself and my husband stayed for 1 night as we were attending an outdoor event in the North Car Parks. The location of this hotel was perfect. Walking distance to resorts world and the event we were attending (we were very lucky with the weather for this!) The hotel was lovely. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was perfect and just what we needed. We honestly couldn’t fault our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. "

"Overall it was an enjoyable experience. however the view from the room window itself was terrible bins and rundown back of building. The sink and some tiles on floor were both cracked. It had clean bed. and I liked separate sleeping room for daughter. the restaurant was timeless classic. It had beautiful bar area and nice pool. grounds were fantastic. "
