"Safety is a real issue. I had someone knocking on my door. The person was either intoxicated or demented. But not sure how they even got on my floor. Not the safest area."

"Jocelyn was amazing. The pillows were horrible and the mattress was on a frame with metal slats so you woke up to a hole in the mattress and no support. My back was trashed. The front desk is behind plexiglass like a gas station and you have to ask for a hairdryer. Don’t expect a Ramada experience but Jocelyn was A+"

"Photo does not show accuracy of Rooms hotel in poor quality looks more like a shelter in the Bronx was not clean sheets or had something on it. Different change of rooms had to occur because of non-cleanliness there was also no housekeeping."
