"Our room was very clean. The shower needs fixing and so does the toilet paper holder. The shower gadget kept popping out and we had to put it back in each time. The tp holder was not properly staying on the wall. Staff were extremely polite and professional. Very nice area and beautiful views from our room. "

"Our stay was great. Staff was very friendly from the front desk check in to the restaurant. Our room was a Corner 2nd floor Bayview with half the room being large windows with a fantastic view of the bay and downtown. The balconies are a bit small about the size of 2 chairs, but the view makes up for it. The restaurant had a great and affordable happy hour, I recommend the crab puffs, lobster Mac and cheese and shrimp cocktail ( all were $7 for Happy Hour)"

"Looks to be deep in the middle of a much needed remodel and our room was pretty rough. CONS: Oily stained carpet (the kind that makes you keep socks on at all times!), dresser had been removed, all lamps had been removed, frighteningly old air unit, no hairdryer, requested $100 cash deposit PROS: price, good shower pressure, REALLY nice maintenance guy who secured us a lamp and a hairdryer on day 2. The general area is fairly industrial but walkable to grocery store, CVS, coffee shops, and casual restaurants"
