"The bay tower is absolutely dirty, they don’t tell you that they have 3 different towers. The marina tower is the newly renovated so it’s cleaner which is winning Expedia doesn’t tell you. "

"My wife and I stay here because our daughter lives a block away. Over the years it's become more popular and has a fun vibe. The only issue I have with the location is the costs continue to rise - $75 daily parking, $40 resort fee. Add in state and city taxes and it's becoming to much. "

"Room was perfectly fine and very clean and the view was really nice. The bridge to Petco Park is amazing and really the reason you would stay here unless here for a conference. My only knock in star ratings is really due to the lady at check in who wasn’t friendly. Room wasn’t ready until 4 which is never ideal but fine, I asked if any rooms were ready and she said no, fully sold out and there were no changes allowed. No problem, just thought she was a little rude through the process. Never mentioned parking was $70 per night and The bartender told me I should have gotten 2 drink tickets per night at check in which I never received. Overall, I wouldn’t skip this place, I may have just gotten someone at check-in having a bad day. "
