"It's located literally in the heart of Little Italy, but that also meant that at 7:00 in the morning a semi-truck pulled up across from our room with the engine idling for over an hour -- at decibels close to a helicopter circling overhead. Besides loud street noise and few amenities (for example, no carafe for boiling water for tea/coffee), we enjoyed our stay. And there is a café downstairs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beds were so comfortable (mattress on the harder side is our preference) with a variety of pillows to choose from. The room was super clean. It's bare bones but a good value and all you need."

"We like that the hotel is close to Gaslamp and Little Italy. We walked from the hotel and in a few blocks there were many restaurants to choose from. The room was clean and the staff were nice. "

"Front desk staff and the people who were able to support arrival via messaging in the Hilton app were amazing. They treated us with respect and compassion! They are also very accommodating to special needs. The only thing that put a little damper on the stay was “resort fee” that also includes credit to the restaurant and shop…the shop in the hotel shows no prices on anything! So if you try to spend your “store credit” for the day - you have to bring each item to the store clerk to scan to find out the price…Please, put prices on stuff in the store! It was still worth it to stay there for the great location and the care shown by the front desk staff and the cheerful staff serving breakfast. Will stay there again."
