The air conditioning is very noisy and traffic noise. There are homeless people living in tents nearby the property. The only choice for breakfast is a buffet that is $29 US.

This hotel is sub standard and dissapointing. It's advertised as being in thr Gaslimp Quarter, but is too far to walk to any of the restaurants and bars and Petco Park. The staff are kind but not hospitality standard. And everything is so expensive. The breakfast buffett which is approx. $35 after tax and tip is just not good. The food was old and dry and sad. And $50 for overnight parking is ridiculous. And the pool looks like an apartment pool in the not so good part of town. We had six people in our group and the most used descriptive word for this hotel was "janky".

I arrived at this hotel on Friday for a 4 night stay. I switched rooms 3 times!! Only for each room to have a horrible sewage smell, be so dirty I could see the coats of dust and dirt. The pipes are so loud and old it sounds like a buffer is going at full speed. Our bed sheets had weird stains. The pillows are flat and old. Then the heating/cooling system wasn’t working properly.

I wish you would make it more clear when booking that you only have valet parking on site for $50.

The hotel was near a homeless encampment but it was plenty of free parking near by over all it was a nice stay. Hotel staff was very attentive.
