Would be nice if the hotel had a real restaurant. First stay the maid made fun animal towels which we enjoyed a lot this time they didn’t. I know it’s dumb but we really liked it! The staff was SUPER friendly!!!

This was my aunt and I's first trip to San Diego and this hotel made it truly memorable. From the privacy of our balconies, to the spaciousness of our clean room, we were immensely pleased. The heated pool and hot tub were our favorite, especially during cooler nights. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. This is surely the place we will return to for our next trip!

Pacific Terrace is the only option if you want to relax in Pacific Beach. From their top notch service and amenities to the cleanliness and location, this place can't be beat. Front desk, valet folks, and housekeeping team were impeccable. It's in a safe and quiet part of Pacific Beach, yet only a two or three minute walk to great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and stores. Grocery store is about a 3 minute walk if you're the type to want snacks in the room. The only downfall was the restaurant/bar. Not really a restaurant, but offering some food options. High drink prices without the atmosphere or service to warrant them. Other than that, everything was perfect. The staff here goes far beyond the norm to make your trip relaxing and enjoyable. Thank You!

Lloyd with guest relations was incredible. Attentive, kind, and very helpful. He even let us know we left some shorts behind and offered to mail them back to us. I’ve never had a hotel care about our stay as much as this hotel. So worth it!
