This was a very last minute book for us and everything was so pleasing from arriving to checking out. The energy from the staff and entire stay felt beautiful. My partner and I had a little rough landing before checking in so this place gave us everything and more we were hoping for. The hotel it self is a beauty, the staff is so friendly, I was even greeted and very welcomed by the room attendant. Everything about our room was gorgeous. The bathroom was so nice and even the products! We felt so lucky to try those out. The bed was super comfy and enjoyable. We had asked for an iron and board, they gave us about a 10 minute window but actually sent it up in minutes so that was awesome of them. I would LOVE to stay here again while in San Diego. Overall very pleased. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and welcoming.

The check in/out staff were welcoming, pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The bar staff was pleasant. The food was delicious and there were more food options than anticipated. The room size was similar to that of a home bedroom - small. The decor was a bit of this and a bit of that. It matched the “under renovation” description. Lastly, I was disappointed to have to go down for coffee.
