"Tried calling numerous times before checkin to get information no one ever answered the phone. After 20 minutes in my room, I found bedbugs on my bed. Staff offered another room, I declined and I was told the reservation would be canceled and refunded and I went to another hotel. I called hotels.com for the refund, they also couldn't get ahold of anyone at the front desk when they called to confirm and the Ramada Inn didnt cancel my reservation as they said they would. I still have no resolve from both the Ramada Inn and hotels.com "

"The staff and hotel were exceptional. That said, the room itself is too maximalist for my taste. It was just too much and it gave me a migraine. The lighting in the bathroom and in the vanity area was so poor that you couldn't even see to put makeup on. All in all, there are no major complaints. "

"This hotel is very cute and as a female traveler I felt safe going downstairs for my Door Dash. I stayed on a Sunday night. It was quiet but not sure how it would be other nights. Restaurant was closed. I could hear kids at the pool before dark. The pool area looked very nice, and had lots of tables so I assume its busy at times. Check parking and deposit prices for no surprises after you arrive. My room with a king bed was a great size and very clean. The AC didn't get as super cold as you would expect at a hotel. TV was great size. I would stay here again if I found a good price. Not too far from the base or the airport. "

"For the pricing the place was fantastic. Staff was attentive and friendly, the hot tubs and pool were active and the place was well kept. The beds aren’t super comfortable, and the bedding is thin, but definitely a minor complaint for the pleasant stay I had. "

"Bathrooms were dirty. U don’t like carp d rooms. And they had no water bottle in the rooms for guest. The vending machines in my wing were out of drinks in general. I was not impressed. "
