"​I recently stayed at this property and had a generally positive experience with the accommodations. Upon arrival, the check-in process was seamless; the front desk staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which set a great tone for our stay. The rooms themselves were very comfortable, clean, and provided a restful environment for the night. ​However, the experience changed significantly during checkout. When I went to the office to return my keys, I greeted the staff member on duty. Not only did he fail to acknowledge my "good morning," but his demeanor was dismissive and unprofessional. I was met with an uncomfortable, judgmental look that felt deeply unwelcoming and biased. ​It is disappointing that such a pleasant stay ended on such a negative note. While the facilities and the initial service were excellent, the behavior of the morning staff was unacceptable and left me feeling unwelcome. I hope management addresses this to ensure all guests are treated with basic courtesy and respect, regardless of who is behind the desk."

"Outdated and disappointing. Not unclean, but clearly old/outdated. Room had a kind of musty smell. Stood in line for quite a while to check-in. Parking garage system worked weird / not as the instructions claimed. Finally figured it out and was able to exit; fortunately no one was behind me. Probably time to tear this place down and build something more modern with a better flow. Weird layout."
