"It was a nice stay"

"Paradise Point was the perfect resort for our vacation in San Diego. Loved the resort amenities like adults only pool, spa (massage was excellent) multiple pools, access to bay, mini golf and cafe by the water. Rooms are spacious and quiet. My cousin and I were very comfortable and relaxed during our week stay here. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Only issue we had was when we checked in to the hotel on a Saturday there wasn’t enough bell people working and we had to wait about 25 minutes to get our stored luggage back and transport to our room around 4pm (when rooms become available). Other than that minor issue no complaints. Would recommend this resort to family and friends visiting San Diego."

"The property appears to have discrepancies between what is advertised on their website and what is actually provided on-site. The website states that “hot breakfast is available,” however, this is not offered. Instead, guests are provided with a 10% discount for a nearby Panera location. Additionally, the in-room information indicates that housekeeping services include turn-down service, fresh towels, and trash removal. During our stay, these services were not provided unless specifically requested. I also reached out to the property manager to share these concerns; however, the response felt dismissive and lacked empathy or acknowledgment of the issues raised. Rather than addressing the concerns directly, the explanation provided focused on justifications for the discrepancies. I am sharing this feedback in hopes that it will be reviewed and addressed to ensure future guests receive accurate information and a consistent level of service."

"Nice location. Beach right in front of the hotel, beautiful beach view. But the room smell strong marijuana and sand on the floor."

"Good for kids with the pool and amenities. Rooms are dated from the 70's-80's but remodeled recently. Floors were obviously never cleaned because you walk around barefoot on the laminate floor and your feet turn black. Beds are really hard and uncomfortable - we all slept horrible there. Hoping it was just that one room but we would really think before going again because of that. This is close to the an inner ocean bay which is good for kids and close to the shops and Amusement park."

"Every day went there was very polite. It’s great for kids. The pool is open till 10. The slides do close early though at 5 PM I think."
