"The refrigerator didn't work and we were an hour late to meet family trying to get a new one because I needed a working refrigerator to keep my insulin cold. The TV also didn't work and all of the channels were scrambled. The technician had no idea what he was doing or what was wrong. We fixed The loose connection ourselves. It then failed again when we got back to the hotel, discovering it was a glitch with their service and you can't use the guide. I explained to the lovely young lady at the front desk the medical issues I sometimes have in the morning and she gave us an extra hour to check out which was appreciated, but then at 8:30 a.m. We received a call from what we assume was the front desk startling us awake after a long night after a funeral with family, with no one on the other line When I got up to answer. Maybe it was a mistaken wake-up call? And we really needed to get more sleep with our long drive home that day. That was upsetting. The bathroom lighting is absolutely unacceptable!! It was like a dark nightclub. I could not do my makeup at all!! My husband couldn't even style his hair with so little lighting. The Only windows are right up front by the front door and the staff / maid service kept startling us pressing their faces against the glass to peer in and see if we were still there while we were dressing etc. despite the do not disturb sign. And despite having a fridge and microwave they have no dishware! They told us to go to Panera next door!"

"Property needs a refresh, rooms were dated and pull out bed to sofa was really uncomfortable, sleeping on springs. The door to our tower stopped working multiple times and we couldn’t get in. Tons of kids everywhere, if you don’t have kids, don’t go here. 20 kids in a hot tub is not relaxing. On site store and restaurant are grossly overpriced. "

"The room was nothing as pictured on the website. The condition of the room was poor. There was only a sheet and stained blanket on the bed. There cobwebs in several spots. The bathroom was nothing as pictured. We were only provided 2 towels for a double queen room, and the towels looked 20 years old. we were charged a $15 parking fee, but there was not room to park in the parking lot for any of the nights we stayed. We were very disappointed in the stay."
