Good Service

Great stay at Raj Park. Location was ideal for seeing the centre of Chennai. We were very happy with the room as could hear no traffic outside. Friendly and helpful staff - was particularly happy with the ease of getting airport transport at 4am. Room service was very good and efficient. Would be good if allergens were labelled more clearly on the menu. We also would of preferred having more bottles of water or a water dispenser in the room as we kept having to ask for more at the front desk.

overall very nice well maintained hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner buffets with very tasty and well presented dishes. On the negative side, after I informed the staff that the minibar wasn't functioning, nothing has been done to replace it...

Smart area and near to station

Lovely hotel in the centre of Chennai. Staff very welcoming and hotel in excellent condition. Their are some refurbishments taking place but this does not affect the guest in any way. \rooms are very spacious and have everything you need with plenty of bottled water supplied. Bathroom is clean and showers excellent. Food is either via a buffet or a la carte menu and both are excellent with a great choice all in all would thoroughly recommend

Stayed with my family over a weekend at Hyatt Regency. Excellent hotel with great facilities and most importantly courteous staff. We enjoyed our stay at this facility and definitely would come back in future and whole heartedly recommend this to my friends and colleagues

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions, albeit for brief overnight business stopovers at Chennai. It is conveniently located near the IT Parks which I visit near Velacherry/ Taramani and not too far from the airport in a quiet area. However one must add that this is not near the actual city centre but at a convenient peripheral location.
