Was an amazing experience

Fantastic location - excellent breakfast and really good attentive service. Rooms were big and well equipped and swimming pool was lovely - bar staff and lifeguards really good too.

Love there is no nightclub in the hotel so always have a good night sleep

Greatly enjoyed the stay for 3 nights with this hotel. We bring 3 kids who are also satisfied with all the facilities including poor, 2 bed rooms and delicious restaurants. It was also notable to remember of the hospitality the staff shared with us.

I was happy I chose this hotel. It was near the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall but was reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and food was good and the room clean and comfortable.

This hotel felt nothing like a 2/3 star hotel it was more like a 4 star hotel. There was nothing I could complain about everything is superb from the staff to the hotel cleanliness. I would definitely recommend as it is reasonably priced and well located in Dubai.

This was my second time to Four Seasons, Dubai. Other than sprinkling rose petals to walk on, I am really not sure how this hotel could be improved. The building is immaculate, the staff are impeccable going above and beyond the call of duty to help at all times. Check in staff personally escort you to your room. Everything about the hotel is great. The only thing I would say is be aware of the location. It's a 20 minute walk to the Dubai Mall which is fine if you are in good health and mobile. And if you want to use the metro system it's probably 45-60 minute walk to that. Dubai is very spread out so if you want to see The Palms, The Marina it's a 45-60 minute taxi ride. The free bus service offered by the hotel is great but only runs twice a day. Other than that the hotel is top notch.

I loved the cleanliness and attention to details in the hotel and rooms. The breakfast team was amazing and always catered to my Vegan diet but unfortunately, out of breakfast I couldn’t enjoy the other restaurants in the hotel because of the lack of Vegan options. The hotel itself and its facilities are beyond incredible in my opinion, just have more dietary options available for those of us who are Vegan!

Superb location, near the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The sky view infinity pool on floor 54 was a unique experience and my wife enjoyed the spa very much.
