I just want to say this isn’t far the best hotel I’ve stayed in Dubai. Our flight landed early morning and we got to hotel at 9:30am only to be told we couldn’t check in till 3pm (thanks for not telling us Expedia when I bought my tickets). I stayed for 15 nights. Was in room 406. Masood was brilliant went over and above cleaned room every day. He waited till we went out for the day to clean. Bhavika was so helpful and really looked after us during our stay. Salam from concierge also stood out as he was really helpful and drove us to the airport. Hotel was really clean, room service was always quick and on point. All staff members always greeted us whenever they saw us walking down the corridors. The whole hotel was decorated and made it look really festive. We would highly recommend this hotel to all family and friends.
