"We reached the property at around 1.00 am and the person at the reception did not have our booking. This is despite showing the confirmation email from Expedia about the booking. Finally after a while he managed to retrieve the booking which took about 30-45 Mts. The check-in process could have been much simpler and hassle free."

"Great stay. The apartment is modern and clean. It is about a 15 minute walk to old town but there is a nice grocery/convenience store just a few minutes walk away. The walk to old town is downhill which but coming back is a little bit of an uphill hike. The apartment I was in had a washing machine but no dryer which was a little inconvenient. Overall it was a nice, quiet, clean, and secure building which made for a great stay in Cluj."
