We were only at this hotel for 1 night but had a very positive experience starting with friendly and helpful staff at Reception; a nice bar and a good breakfast. Our room was spacious and had a balcony. Seemed strange that there was no bottled water in the room - possibly obtainable from the 1st floor Service area - we never had time to check. Great location and a safe, pleasant atmosphere

Family stayed for a short trip to Innsbruck. The hotel is beautiful and has a lot of detail including a beautiful cellar where breakfast is served daily. There is a spa and sauna on the ground floor- we didn’t use but looked lovely. Convenient location to restaurants, shopping, hiking and ski lifts Nordkettenbahnen. The hotel is quite old and beautiful.

Hotel is old and full of character . Breakfast was decent . Innsbruck doesn’t have too much going on 2 days was plenty . Walkable to the old city which is cute but lack the charm of Salzburg, Vienna and Hallstatt .

Great place to stay in the heart of Innsbrück!

My stay at this hotel was great! The location was ideal, you can walk to the city center in about 5 minutes. The room was clean and cosy. Breakfast was also good! Also thank you for the extremely helpful and welcoming receptionist!
