"Room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was not too bad. Staff polite and helpful. Door staff helped us with our luggage and sheltered us from the rain when we left for airport. Elevator located at staircase. Need to walk up the stairs to take the elevator, then walk up or down the stairs to the room."

"This is a small hotel chain, but it exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent—centrally located and just a short walk from Hoàn Kiếm Lake. All of the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and accommodating to any requests we had throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and we especially loved that they provided a menu with freshly made items to order. They were also kind enough to allow us to take breakfast back to our room since our kids weren't able to wake up early. We booked a family suite, and it was very spacious and comfortable for our family of five. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others visiting Hanoi."

"Very helpful accommodating staff, Very Clean rooms, Amazing lounge area. A+++ Let me start off by saying this place has one of the most pleasant, warm and helpful staff I have recently experienced. Cindy the manager is a star and communicated so well and so clearly with us that even though we arrived on two different flights and my wife arrived five hours earlier than me the check in went absolutely smoothly and she felt welcome and safe. The rooms were well maintained and very very clean which is very important for us. Beds were very comfortable and the staff even decorated the room for us without being asked. The lounge area is amazing and a great place to relax. In short we had a wonderful stay. Very helpful accommodating staff. Very clean rooms. Amazing lounge area. Will definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi."
