"Hotel was clean and had very friendly and helpful staff and cleaning staff. Centrally located to a 24/7 restaurant (Los Pinos) with good food and a supermarket. A good amount of activities are within walking distance. Ubers to all over the city were no more than $12 on the high end. Close to the airport (10-15min drive depending on traffic) would stay again. You can always expect a warm greeting in Spanish and/or English from employees at all levels. Kenia, at check-in, prepared you for your stay. She enthusiastically shared restaurants and other must-sees. Karla, by the pool, was the icing on the cake. With her historical knowledge about the resort, she took time to ask how my day was going. La Concha is not just a beautiful lodging; it's a lovely sensory experience that makes you feel at home, even when you're away from home. "
