Upon arrival, I unpacked. As anyone else would do, I laid down and immediately noticed my bed was broken; I was literally sinking into the middle of the bed. Notified staff and they said I could move just for the day and had to return to the room the following day after maintenance fixed it. The elevator was super slow and sketchy to go up to the floors and rooftop; the flooring needed lots of updating. The pool was very dirty, lots of chlorine. My AC stopped working two days prior to check-out. Again, a different room was offered, they said it was ok to step out for dinner and when I arrived back at the hotel no-one was in sight. Nobody bothered to follow up with me about my concerns. For the amount of money spent, it was not worth it!!

A beautiful and charming property with all of the necessary amenities. Walkable to main areas of downtown San Juan. Rooftop plunge pool was the perfect escape from the heat. Coffee shop and breakfast on sight were perfect

This place is terrible the photos online don’t match its current condition in person . The rooms are dirty the bathrooms are dirty all the appliances and fixtures are really old. This place needs a renovation and new beds appliances and everything that comes with a boutique hotel. I am disgusted at the fact that they charge so much and everything is falling apart and old. The roof top is terrible. The showers don’t work and the e pool doesn’t look like it’s been maintained in years. Very disappointing. The owner should be concerned about the guest because this owner obviously doesn’t care about this property. Also do not bring your kids here IT IS NOT SAFE!!!

Cute boutique hotel in an ideal location. Staff was all amazing, and the cafe for breakfast was exceptional - the best food we had while in PR. The property is in need of some maintenance though. The rooftop pool is rundown and needs vacuuming. Neither the rooftop bar nor hotel bar were operational. Our room only had a window to an interior courtyard also in need of maintenance, so we kept the shutters closed...
