"We were here for a family vacation and it’s a great place for both families with kids and adults. The rooms are clean but we did see a few mosquitos (which i understand) but it was just annoying because with babies and mosquito bites. The restaurants are ok, plan to arrive early because they do stop taking more People even though they close late. The breakfast buffet every day was amazing. "

What really makes our stay the best though is Antonia from the morning breakfast buffet at La Baja California. She truly is amazing and we look forward to going to breakfast every day and her serving us. She never let my drink glass be empty, she would have a water on the way before I was even finished."

"I have stayed at over 100 hotels in 6 years. This is your typical timeshare over promising under delivering horrible customer service (and food) I was here for emergency medical treatment and booked last minute. My husband had to join me unexpectedly and everything I was promised for doing their 3 hour time share presentation wasn’t delivered. When he arrived he paid 4 days for food. (We were already planning on leaving) mid day day 4 they locked him out of the room stating he didn’t pay. Next day I went to my medical treatment and he went and found other accommodations. (Paid another day for no reason because they locked us out again) housekeepers were great. Tipped them $20 each visit. Mgt extremely horrible. "
