Picked Raffles based on its reputation, reviews and price, we were not disappointed.
The hotel is fantastic, architecture is impressive, very clean and has excellent facilities. The most amazing part of the hotel though is its staff. They made our stay very relaxed, almost like home.

I just want to say this isn’t far the best hotel I’ve stayed in Dubai. Our flight landed early morning and we got to hotel at 9:30am only to be told we couldn’t check in till 3pm (thanks for not telling us Expedia when I bought my tickets). Upon check-in I had a banging headache from the flight and my 6 month old needed feeding. My wife breast feeds her so we were stuck without a room and absolutely shattered from our journey. The check-in staff spoke to the manager and went out their way to...

Excellently maintained and tastefully decorated. Courteous and friendly staff who are an example to the industry. Great location in the heart of the DIFC village. And a handwritten welcome note from the hotel manager!

I booked Voco because it was the cheapest 5* I could find in a central location, I was expecting it to be alright but it exceeded all my expectations and more
The welcome was great
The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice
Our room had such an amazing view of museum of the future and sky scrapers
The bars and restaurants are great with a specifically shout out for Tresind the Indian on the 2nd floor
Great pool and spa too

We could not fault it. The staff could not do enough for you. The rooms were cleaned and restocked every day. The pool was great and you could always get a sunbed. Possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Only concerns were around the cost of food and drink in the restaurants. It's expensive. Best to eat out in the evenings.

Stayed in the hotel with my wife and our 15 year old daughter. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. Don't be deceived by the location of the hotel. As you approach it seem isolated because it is a new hotel in the area of Dubai that is undergoing development. However, it is situated just outside the centre of Dubai but it is centrally located which is an advantage because you can easily get to most places quickly by taxi stationed in front of the hotel. Stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. Service is excellent from check in, up to housekeeping. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Hotel is walking distance to metro station, restaurants, shopping centre and hop on and hop off buses.

Everything about the hotel is great. The only thing I would say is be aware of the location. It's a 20 minute walk to the Dubai Mall which is fine if you are in good health and mobile. And if you want to use the metro system it's probably 45-60 minute walk to that. Dubai is very spread out so if you want to see The Palms, The Marina it's a 45-60 minute taxi ride. The free bus service offered by the hotel is great but only runs twice a day. Other than that the hotel is top notch.

I loved the cleanliness and attention to details in the hotel and rooms. The breakfast team was amazing and always catered to my Vegan diet but unfortunately, out of breakfast I couldn’t enjoy the other restaurants in the hotel because of the lack of Vegan options. The hotel itself and its facilities are beyond incredible in my opinion, just have more dietary options available for those of us who are Vegan!

Stayed in Premier Suite Fountain Views for wife’s birthday, hugely recommended.
Good communication beforehand via their WhatsApp account, fantastic cars for airport transfers, incredible suite, great service from Maurice and Oleg at Concierge and Honky in Club Lounge. Absolutely recommended

Amazing hotel. It’s a Versace hotel so expect for it to look like Versace. Everything looks, feels, and smells immaculate. Staff are on point. Breakfast to your room is splendid. The shops are so cool. It’s just what you would want a Verasce branded hotel.
