"Staff were very helpful, clean rooms and comfortable. Very close to the airport, returned rental car the night before got shuttle bus back to hotel from Amsterdam Airport then scheduled shuttle for next morning very easy."

"The room was cold and the thermostat did not work for the 2 days I stayed. There is no hand creams provided by hotel. The morning of departure to train station I was informed the shuttle ran every 1/2 hour so when it was time to go at 10am , the front desk said the shuttle did not run for the next 1.5 hours and I had to call a taxi … cost $35 euros instead of $5. Breakfast layout was very good."
