The hotel is old and charming but that being said I had paid for an executive suite. The room itself was decorated nicely and we had a rooftop balcony with great views. The problem is the amenities in the room did not work. We asked for a new coffee maker everyday because ours did not work properly. The spa tub did not work. We were told it would be fixed but it wasn’t. There is no air conditioning and the windows don’t open so the room is miserably hot. We did have three small floor fans but the automatically turn off after 80 mins so it is pointless Overall I would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

The property was fine. The restaurant experience was appalling. Cold food, several key items were unavailable. The breakfast at £25 consisting of tea and toast with no butter was unacceptable.
