"I booked this hotel while in Amsterdam, the advertised location was in the Jordaan neighborhood. When I arrived, there was a different hotel in this exact same location and this hotel was actually a 30 minute drive away. When I reported this, the hotel refused to refund my money. So the hotel may be great, but I knew it made it there."

"The contemporay design did not lend itself to convenience. There wasnt a place for shampoos, conditioners or razors etc. in the shower. The bathroom door was glass so there is no privacy. Because of the door the option of a relaxing bath is out because the light disturbs anyone in bed trying to sleep or rest. Location is close to the airport. It's a pretty good walk to the city trolley. The staff is very helpful and friendly."

"Stayed here just one night before leaving for home. We had some initial trouble with the free shuttle from the airport, (which resulted in us taking a taxi) but the staff gave us complimentary vouchers for the shuttle back to the airport the next day. Pool was decent, but could have had more seating. The sauna, steam and cold buckets were amazing. There is also a movie theatre that shows the latest films, but for a cost. We paid for the buffet dinner, and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet as well. Both were decent, as far as buffets go. Overall was a great experience, and the full size plane on the grounds was definitely cool."

"Very clean with all accommodations. There was a minor incident where I put the kettle on and blew the breaker but the hotel fixed it immediately. Shuttle is easy and connects to the sprinter line which gets you to Centraal in 15 minutes. It’s obviously a bit far out from the centre of town, but we didn’t mind. We liked having a newer room that didn’t have the quirks of a lot of older Amsterdam hotels. The room was perfect for three people (twin studio). Staff were friendly. The pool and steam room were amazing. The buffet for dinner was decent, but the complimentary breakfast was amazing. I have no complaints!"
