"The pool is incredibly beautiful; you can look out the window, and sometimes the water is heated when there are swimming lessons for children. The rooms (apartments) were very spacious. We really appreciated the friendly receptionist's solution-oriented approach and smiles. The food was excellent, the restaurant was very comfortable, and there was a large copper samovar for Turkish tea. It's incredible. There's a parking lot, and there's also free parking next to the hotel. Getting into the city by car was very easy."

"Very good value for money hotel, in a very convenient location: close to tram 2 for the city centre and to the 369 bus stop for the airport. The only downside is that the hotel is overly automated: there’s very little staff, and they’re not always available when you need them. A manager should inspect all the bedrooms carefully, he could find handles of the wardrobe not fixed ( a matter of a screwfix), or dust in the upper part of the fridge, but nothing serious.
