This is the second time we have stayed at the new west inn and cannot fault the hotel and staff in any way. Staff are extremely helpful and polite. Hotel is very clean - beds are comfortable. The hotel is situated in a nice quite residential area - tram line is a short walk away to the centre . We arrived early on our stay this time around and the staff were so kind to give us a earlier check in than 3pm . I will definitely be returning back to this hotel on our next visit to Amsterdam.

Nice hotel. Cosy and comfortable. Quite a long way out from the city centre. We stayed for the Marathon and it was well connected to the public transport network.

No a/C in the room, no other aminities available. Information says there’s a restaurant available in the facility, not open, you can’t use the front desk telephone to call taxi rather they want you to use their own taxi company. Not satisfied!!!

With no screens on the windows, there was a dove half inside and half outside my window. Woke up early morning and turned on the bathroom light, found 2 silverfish in the sink and a cockroach scurrying in the floor (where there is 1, there are tons more in the walls that you can’t see)
