"The hotel overall was really nice. Well located to a train station and tram routes. Staff were really helpful, breakfast had a good variety and it was all very nice. Wheelchair accessible throughout. Room was clean and facilities were very good. Close to a really good shopping and restaurant are just 5 mins away. My only issue was my bed. It was incredibly uncomfortable the first night. I didn't report it, but just turned the mattress and after that it was ok."

"Checkin was OK, nothing excellent. When I got to the room the WIFI didn't work and I needed to several meetings. When I spoke with the reception they would reset the network, but after 40 minutes and two missed meetings I gave up and asked to switch room. They said I couldn't becaus ethey didn't have any rooms. Then they had a room, but if I had used the room I inititaly got, then it wasn't possible. I had not used the bed, bathroom or kitchen, so I finally argued my way into a new room. The room was supposedly the same, but it was smaller. Additionally, the bathroom was dirty, with a dirty toilet, surfaces hadn't been cleaned, I wiped away stains from the mirror, wipes box, and walls. (Took video and pictures of this) TV in the bedroom section didn't work and didn't get any help from the reception. All in all, the price I paid was way to high compared to the quality"

"Such a tech forward hotel, my wife and I had a really nice time staying there. Quiet neighborhood too, close enough to transit (tram 5 is right there, Amsterdam Zuid station is a 7-10 min walk). The staff are super helpful too"

"Just got back from Amsterdam and honestly, this hotel was next level. The place was absolutely stunning from the moment we walked in – proper good vibes and beautifully done out. Everything was spotless, like seriously dead clean, which made it feel even more comfortable and relaxing. The staff were so helpful and welcoming, nothing felt like too much trouble. Beds were super comfy, slept like a baby every night. And the food? Proper nice – fresh, tasty, and loads of options. Located literally one minute walk to Zuid train station so getting from a to b was super easy Couldn’t fault it at all, made the whole trip even better. Would 100% stay here again 👌"
