"Twin room was larger than I thought it would be. Quite clean. Staff were helpful and friendly for the most part. A couple of evening "concierge" men were rude and not helpful. The morning one was awesome. One more criticism - the shower floor is extremely slippery. My granddaughter slipped and I did also. Grab bars and a textured floor would make them so much safer! Overall, it was a great stay, very very close to everything near Centraal station. "

Travelling with a large group can be stressful, but everything ran smoothly and the hotel was well-organised and accommodating. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for what we needed during our stay. A special mention has to go to Abdi, who was extremely helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. He went out of his way to make sure our group was looked after, answered all our questions, and made the whole experience much easier for us.
