"Overall a very nice hotel! But at the highest level it lacks certain finer things. One weird thing is its location of its two elevators. Given the expanse / layout of the structure there should have elevators on both ends. It is almost a long rectangular building. So if your room happens to be on the far end it can be a walk particularly for elderly or someone with a disability! That’s one downside of this otherwise beautiful property "

"As per usual I was very impressed by my recent stay at my favourite hotel. Ramada has some of the best hospitality of any hotel of the size, location and rates on the Juhu area. The staff, from the reception team to the hygiene and upkeep crew are friendly, polite and helpful. Of course, the food and drinks department managers, are always happy to help you to ensure that your needs are satisfied. A drink by the swimming pool is a joy I still remember with nostalgia.
