Proximity to airport - transfer from airport was smooth even though our flight ran very late! Chauffeur was very kind and personable. There is however a distinct smell in the corridors that should be dealt with!

Arrived at 11PM, the booked room was not available, ended up in a different lower cost room even with a prepaid reservation. I will not stay here ever again due to their double-booking practices.

My room was double booked. I arrived at 7am expecting to have a room that was prepaid for, only to find out nothing was available, they had sold my room out due to late arrival. did not get a room until 845am. I will never stay here again due to double booking practices.
