"We enjoyed the hotel, not knowing that the place was so large and would need shuttles to get around. The shuttle drivers were constantly on the run and trying to keep up as fast as they could. On Saturday morning, we went to the adult pool and ordered drinks to be delivered. When drinks were eventually delivered we were then told that the bar adjacent to the adult pool wouldn't be open because there wasn't enough staff. But the server said that he would come back and check on the pool patrons often. He took one more order from us and another group at the pool and delivered them. But didn't come back for over 1 hour. Some patrons went to the front desk and ordered room service from them. They said they would send someone down but by the time we left later on still no one come to take our order. They said they were short staffed and we tried to be patient, but waiting over an hour is a long time. Many other patrons came to the pool and tried to get into the bar but they were told it wasn't opening today for service. We enjoyed the staff that we encountered and the facilities looked clean and taken care of."

"My stay started well with friendly staff, and both the room and hotel in general were very clean and clearly well maintained. It was quiet in my room which did have all the basic amenities like a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. One of my pet peeves is hotel bathrooms when the exhaust fan doesn't work and the mirror steams up while you shower, but that was not the case here! Breakfast was good with many options and the food quality was good. One caveat is that there are no walkable restaurants nearby so if you Uber'd in from the airport you'll also need to get a ride to find dining. Overall, this hotel is a great value and pleasant place to stay."
