"I found the hotel wasn't like it used to be. The carpet in the rooms was old and felt and looked dirty! I found it difficult to navigate going to the restaurant, then found the escalator area filthy! The whole hotel felt neglected and there was no feel of customer service at the desk. This is the way things are done now! Sad, very sad"

"We were there for a quick stay between flights. Check in was fast which was great. Check out was great too. Beds were really comfortable. The shuttle was full, we missed the first one and had to be pushy to keep our place in line when the shuttle came back around. Everybody just swarmed and pushed. That’s not the hotels fault but anyone who ran to the back of the bus to throw their luggage in was able to get on the bus before the people who waited in line. I didn’t like that. The shuttle only comes every 30 minutes so either arrange other transportation to the airport or give yourself enough time to possibly wait an hour for a shuttle."

"The staff were awesome, friendly and helpful. Our Harbourview room with a full balcony was lovely, with a beautiful view of the harbour and North Shore Mountains where we could watch the seaplanes take off and land. The restaurant was excellent, and the hotel was in a great location to easily walk to many attractions, as well as to Waterfront Station to grab the Skytrain back to the airport. Thank you to the staff for making our getaway for our anniversary so enjoyable!"

"Property has a casino and is pet friendly but you can’t leave your pet in the room when you are not there, like if you want to go to the pool. Pool was fun. Free parking was a bit of a walk (5 min) but fine. Looks like it shares parking with a giant farmers market in the summer so could be difficult then. They have a small store that has single use cereal and milk, they also have a Starbucks. There’s a food court but you have to go through the casino and kids aren’t allowed on the casino floor. Walmart just up the street if you want groceries. We stayed in a one bedroom which was lovely. I don’t recall them having a breakfast that we could go to for free as a family (two adults, 8 year old, and dog)."
