Great location and staff, would recommend!

Great location, central to the Burj Khalifa/ Dubai Mall & the Palm. Very near the metro, easy to get cabs/ Uber. 20 mins from the airport. Great pool area on the roof with good views over the city & to the coast/ Burj Al Rab. Reasonable prices, good breakfast served until a very civilised 12 o’clock. Recommended.

A truly lovely 5-star hotel with great service, facilities and food.

Hotel staff were lovely and made sure you have everything you need 24:7. Pool was incredible, temperature was spot on and facilities were perfect - towels, showers, toilets, lifeguard was very helpful. Lots of food choices and all very tasty - breakfast, room service and sundeck. Our only cons were two towels a day in the room, but more were given when we called. Air con was reset daily and made the room colder than we would like.

A family of four. Two teenagers in their own room. We booked two executive ocean rooms in the Al Qars . The upgrade was excellent value as your picked up at the airport, you can eat and drink in the executive or premium lounge and you have your own concierge. The staff all call you by your name and they genuinely make an effort to be personal and authentic. This was our 7th trip to Dubai and have always stayed in top end hotels. We believe this is the best so far. We simply could not fault the level of service , cleanliness and facilities the hotel offers. We had private transfer included to and from the airport which is always a nice feature particularly in a spacious BMW. Overall excellent I would say. Staff very helpful, knowledgeable, extremely polite and nice to talk to. Very clean, nothing too much trouble. Excellent buffet breakfast, nice little snack store too if you need anything extra. Pool was fantastic, very comfy loungers and seating by the pool bar was comfortable. Hotel was great. In a great location with impeccable service. Super clean good sized rooms, lovely breakfast. Every member of staff I met couldn’t do enough for me. Would recommend.

This was a great little hotel, I would recommend and stay again. I did have one issue when using the pool, we could not move umbrellas or beds to stay in the shade the pool guys were great but somebody had clearly dictated some odd rules the guys had to work to. They were very polite and helpful, clearly not their fault.

Amazing hotel. 10/10 stay. I have stayed in many 5* hotels but this is the best. The attention to detail and the service they provided throughout the stay was amazing. Every staff member is tought about etiquette and it was clearly evident to see that throughout the stay.
