We simply could not fault the level of service , cleanliness and facilities the hotel offers. We were made welcome from the start of our break to the end. The staff were all extremely helpful and polite. The hotel lobby had the most beautiful fragrant smell, we would but it if it was for sale. We were upgraded to a sea/palm view which was great. The only downside was the building work going on opposite the hotel entrance but I guess you have to expect this in Dubai. We would definately recommend it and we would stay there again.
