We are a family with under 3 toddler. The hotel was super for everything, clean, friendly staff, very helpful and polite. Even in the event of coronavirus, the hotel made perfect arrangements to ensure safety of guests. The hotel is ideally located immediately next to Marina mall and many restaurants, plus the wonderful marina walk. Highly recommended and excellent value.

Love there is no nightclub in the hotel so always have a good night sleep

Everything about the hotel is great. The only thing I would say is be aware of the location. It's a 20 minute walk to the Dubai Mall which is fine if you are in good health and mobile. And if you want to use the metro system it's probably 45-60 minute walk to that. Dubai is very spread out so if you want to see The Palms, The Marina it's a 45-60 minute taxi ride. The free bus service offered by the hotel is great but only runs twice a day. Other than that the hotel is top notch.

This was our 7th trip to Dubai and have always stayed in top end hotels. We believe this is the best so far. We simply could not fault the level of service , cleanliness and facilities the hotel offers. We had private transfer included to and from the airport which is always a nice feature particularly in a spacious BMW. I stayed at property for 6 Days with my family. It was really a good experience with Zabeel House By Jumeirah. Staff is very polite and helpful. They took care of all my needs during the stay. Breakfast was good with lots of options. It's located near Dubai Internet city metro station , Dubai RTA bus stand is just opposite to the hotel. There is a supermarket at the corner. I enjoyed all the facilities like swimming pool , Gym . Room service is fast.

Hotel was great. In a great location with impeccable service. Super clean good sized rooms, lovely breakfast. Every member of staff I met couldn’t do enough for me. Would recommend.

It’s in a great location for social events in the emirate hills area. The staff are great and the hotel is stylish. I love sitting and eating outside, such a great area.

Overall excellent I would say. Staff very helpful, knowledgeable, extremely polite and nice to talk to. Very clean, nothing too much trouble. A fantastic hotel nestled on the border of traditional Dubai and the glitzy new Dubai! Al Satwa and Al Jafliya a few minutes walk one way and Sheikh Zayed Road a few minutes walk the other way! A family of four. Two teenagers in their own room. We booked two executive ocean rooms in the Al Qars . The upgrade was excellent value as your picked up at the airport, you can eat and drink in the executive or premium lounge and you have your own concierge. The staff all call you by your name and they genuinely make an effort to be personal and authentic.
