What makes the hotel particularly special are the staff, from reception to those in the restaurant, all were so nice, particular mention to Kumar at the pool who was so lovely and helpful. "

"Hotel canceled the reservation even i was there before 7 pm. They told the electricity not there. Sat there for 25 mins. the guests came after me were checking in. Manager told me to come to the other hotel nearby which was far from my destination. Terrible experience when you booked the room for 3 nights in bust city and it get cancelled and find another hotel nearby during busy hours."
