"First time staying in Taj properties were not a disappointment. Service was impeccable, the restaurant verandha was amazing for breakfast. We did spend some time at the bar in the ground floor, the lady who was singing that evening just killed it!!! Good bar food and decent cocktails. "
"Excellent staff, right from the check in manned by Ramesh, to the staff servicing the rooms, especially Bharathi, they were efficient, friendly and very pleasant to deal with"

Need some renovation for sure. But fantastic furniture spacious rooms (heritage) all rooms overlooking the pool nice gym good bar and restaurant with good food and staff. I heard that the furniture mirrors etc used to be owned by the Mysore maharaja "
"The staff were very friendly and nice! The rooms are clean.
The road the hotel located in is small so big vehicles cannot go in easily.
It’s a busy road with locals. There are some restaurants available close by.
There are no parking with the hotel
Overall I would give it 7/10 just because of the location. "
"The staff was excellent. The manager at check-in (his name was forgotten) and the manager at check-out (Mr. Ismail) were very professional. They and their working staff took every effort to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The place is very clean. "
"From airport, took metro to thousands lights stop and reached the hotel by a 10 min brisk walk from metro entrance B2. The hotel entrance is in the alley. Staff were courteous. "

"A Pleasant and Hassle-Free Stay
I recently spent over 10 nights at Woodlands Inn, Chennai, and had a smooth, comfortable stay throughout. Although the hotel was fully booked, the staff remained exceptionally courteous, prompt, and attentive to every need. Even the housekeeping and support staff were consistently helpful, respectful, and never once showed signs of complaint — a real credit to the hotel's service standards. The rooms are compact but thoughtfully designed, clean, and fully functional — I faced no issues with amenities, bathrooms, or plug points. Special thanks to Mr. Shashikant and Mr. Mohammed, who provided seamless support from the time of booking to check-out. Their professionalism truly stood out. Overall, a well-run hotel offering great service. Highly recommended.
